Phoebe has suffered from sever malnutrition which makes her very small for her age - 12 lbs and only 28 inches tall. Phoebe was rescued from her stepmother and brought to the hospital, where no one claimed her! She wears her emotions right out in the open where you can not miss them! She loves affection and to be held. Phoebe is a happy little girl who walks but does not talk much unless she is unhappy. Phoebe has such a precious heart, she loves to put her hands together and pray! She also loves to sing and dance with the worship DVDs! A lover that is our Phoebe!
